Herbs and Salads, Eyemouth

Buying fresh herbs for cooking can be an expensive business. Often a recipe calls for just a handful of leaves but you have to be a live plant in a pot, a sachet of cut leaves or a jar of dried leaves. With our friends at Jarvis Pickle, we have built four large raised beds stocked with parsley, sage, marjoram, oregano, thyme, dill and a selection of salads and leafy vegetables.

Over the months and years this will grow into a valuable local resource!
