The second week of the healthy cooking/healthy eating course saw the team making their own version of pot noodle! Noodles are easy to cook, nutritious, filling and inexpensive – so make the perfect base for a meal. By adding finely chopped, lightly cooked vegetables you can get enough delicious noodles to feed a family for not much more than the price of a branded tub.
And teacher Sumati also showed the team how to steam fish – the perfect accompaniment to the noodles and clearly the very best choice for Eyemouth residents!
