At Abundant Borders, our aim is that everyone, regardless of personal circumstances, should have access to healthy, nutritious food. One way that we can do this is by donating surplus food from the community gardens directly to the local food bank. Here in Hawick the community garden is directly behind the Salvation Army Community Store from where parcels are distributed. This is our wonderful volunteer Bryan donating a box of fresh vegetables and herbs.
