As part of Borders Diversity week, Abundant Borders in partnership with Eyemouth Primary School and local partner organisations, held a completely SOUPTASTIC couple of days.
Shane, Karen and Annie were there helping the youngsters to make and taste soups from the different cultures of those who have settled in Eyemouth from other countries – as well as making good, hearty Scottish broths!
And every youngster got to take home a bag with all of the ingredients – and a recipe sheet – to make soup at home.
