Ingredients
- 250gm lean minced beef
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper and mustard to taste
Method
- Chop the onion finely and fry in a very small amount of oil to soften
- Put beef in a bowl and add in cooked onion and seasoning
- Mix well with hands
- Whisk egg, pour over meat and bind it together
- Split mixture into two and mould each one into a burger shape
- Chill for 30 minutes
- Fry or grill until fully cooked through
