Ingredients
- 300g porridge oats
- 150 ml water
- 85 ml olive oil
Method
- Mix oats, oil and water
- Leave for 15 minutes
- Roll out onto a floured board
- Cut into rounds
- Place rounds on a floured tray
- Bake for 20-25 mins at 180C (Gas mark 4)
