Scottish Oatcakes

Ingredients

  • 300g porridge oats
  • 150 ml water
  • 85 ml olive oil

Method

  1. Mix oats, oil and water
  2. Leave for 15 minutes
  3. Roll out onto a floured board
  4. Cut into rounds
  5. Place rounds on a floured tray
  6. Bake for 20-25 mins at 180C (Gas mark 4)
