Ingredients:
- 500g frozen peas
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1l vegetable stock
- 4tbsp green pesto
- creme fraiche, to serve (optional)
Method:
- Put the peas and potatoes into a large pot
- Pour over the stock and bring to the boil
- Simmer for 10 minutes, until the potatoes soften
- Blend to desired consistency
- Mix in the pesto
- Serve with some crème fraiche
