Kelso Community Food Garden

This is a new project for 2022. As you can see, there is huge potential here.

The site, which is being provided by Eildon Housing Association, is currently overgrown, though the land is perfect for growing, as you can see from the allotments which are already well established.

The site is easy to find, between Rodgerfish Gardens (TD5 7EZ) and the River Tweed Walk. (https://w3w.co/pound.desiring.monopoly)

We are working on designs with pupils at Kelso High School. It is part of the schools “Ideas Become Things” initiative, also supported by Southern Uplands Partnership.

Abundant Borders are on site each Wednesday between 1pm and 4pm, so come say hello and get involved in transforming this neglected space into a valuable community asset.
