Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- Tomato ketchup
- Toppings of choice
Method
- Heat oven to 200 degrees/gas mark 6
- Mix flour and yoghurt together in bowl
- Turn out onto table and knead the mixture
- Keep kneading until the mixture is smooth and not sticky and add flour if needed
- Flatten out until mixture is thin
- Bake for ten minutes then take out of the oven
- Cover top with a thin layer of tomato ketchup
- Add toppings of your choice
- Bake for a further ten minutes
Suggested toppings: cheese, tomato, onion, peppers, ham, pineapple, pepperoni, mushrooms
