All Trustees, staff and lead volunteers carrying out regulated roles or oversight thereof are required to complete a satisfactory PVG check through Disclosure Scotland.

As an organisation with employees or volunteers in regulated roles, we have a legal duty to report harmful behaviour to Disclosure Scotland. Our referral policy can be downloaded here
