…to food system change
Funded by South of Scotland Enterprise, Propagate (https://propagate.org.uk) have supported a landscape assessment of the food and drink industry, and a raft of scoping studies to support small producers in local supply chains. The studies we have contributed to this work are:
- Increasing the resilience of the Galloway Food Hub
- Increasing Fruit and Vegetable Production in Dumfries and Galloway
- On-farm Organic Butchery Feasibility Study
Together with the reports which focussed on the Scottish Borders region, produced by Abundant Borders, these will form the baseline for future food system development projects across the South of Scotland.
